You must call if your card has been lost or stolen. This action will cause your card to be "hotcarded" which may limit loss associated with the lost or stolen card.
Upon discovering that your card has been lost or stolen, call the Hot Card Center Toll Free Number: 1-866-546-8273. You will be asked a series of questions to verify information to place a “Hot” card status on the correct card. Additionally, you will be asked for daytime contact information. You will also be given the opportunity to leave notes pertaining to the incident.
The Hot Card Center will advise you to contact the Credit Union during the first available business hours to verify the appropriate card deactivation and to request a replacement card. You may call our card specialist at 316-517-1854, available Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Please take a moment to leave a message if you get voice mail. Most likely, she is on the phone serving another member. Our card specialist will return your call, order your replacement card, and answer all of your questions.
