ConnectLine Guide - Updated 2007 Version

Connect to your Credit Union Account 24 Hours a Day and 7 Days a Week! ConnectLine offers a fast, convenient way to conduct your Credit Union business. You only need two items to use this service, a telephone and an access code. Simply follow the voice prompts to complete your task.. 

FIRST TIME USERS – IT'S EASY TO GET STARTED!

Call ConnectLine at 316-943-6661, or Toll-Free 888-446-4228

Press 1 – Enter Account Number (as shown on your Statement) then #

Create Access Code  - you choose any four numbers, press #

(Tip: You may wish to use your Visa Debit PIN)

Now enter Social Security Number (of Primary person on account) for verification, press #

That’s it! Now, you can Connect – anytime!

 

TO USE CONNECTLINE, FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

  • Call: (316) 943-6661 or Toll- Free (888) 446-4228
  • Enter your Account Number as shown on your statement, then press #
  • Enter your Access Code , then #

Main Menu: Make your selection from these Primary voice guide choices:

1 Balance Inquiry 2 History Inquiry 3 Withdrawals
4 Transfers 5 Checking Information 6 Loan Information
7 More Options * End Call # Replay Main Menu

 

Helpful Tip: How To Review Checking Account Activity

Press 1 - Main Menu

Press 2 - History Inquiry

         Press 2 – Share History

         Enter ID: for Checking*

              * To find your Checking ID:

                    Press # for Main Menu,

                    Press 1 - Balance Inquiry

                    Press 3 - Open Share List

                    Listen to a list of all of your account ID’s and balances

Balance Inquiry Menu :

History Inquiry Menu:
